Inspired by Age of Mythology, Age of Empires: Mythologies brings the franchise to the Nintendo DS in a turn-based form. Players take command of one of three civilizations (the Greeks, the Egyptians, and the Norse) and fight their way through three story-based campaigns. At players' disposal is a large variety of structures, monuments, heroes, mythological units, and powerful god powers, and players must balance their economy with strong battle tactics to conquer their foes everywhere from the Great Pyramids to the Underworld itself. The game also features skirmish modes, multiplayer modes (hotseat, local Wi-Fi, and internet play), and over 30 unlockable achievements.

In some scenarios, the map will remain black until you explore that area.

There's plenty of things to unlock in Mythologies, including new maps, heroes, and units.
In skirmish mode, you can set up how many players you want to play against, and choose a preset map as well.
